Spain Business Visa

Eligibility for a Spanish Business Visa

• To enter the country on a visa, you must meet the following requirements:
• Your reason for visiting the country must be genuine and honest.
• You must have enough money to cover your expenses and the expenses of any dependents you have.
• Strong ties to home country and likely to desire a second visit
• You must have a good personality and no criminal record. This may require the presentation of a PCC (Police Clearance Certificate).
• You must at least fulfill the basic standards set by the authorities in this regard.
• It is necessary to get a valid invitation from the country you are trading with or from a legal company having its headquarters there.

 

Documents Required

• An original, genuine, and valid passport must be presented at least six months before the intended stay. It must not be torn, cracked, ripped, or otherwise damaged.
• Completely filled visa.
• Two 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm color passport photos on a white background.
• Your airline ticket that confirms your itinerary and indicates your intention to return to your country of origin.
• Your travel insurance, which demonstrates the funds that have been set aside for accidents and injuries.
• Bank statement with sufficient funds and payment slips to confirm that you can maintain your residency in the country.
• An Income Tax Returns showing the taxes you have paid to the government as a responsible tax-payer.
• A letter of employment or invitation from the company stating the position held and the company’s contact information.
• A Documentation describing the visit’s goals and employment.
• A duplicate of the entire passport.
